At JPEG Bakery, we pack and ship your cards with care and urgency — no long queues, no mystery delays.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday — unless otherwise noted on the product page. We don't dawdle.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, with two primary methods based on the size and value of your order:
Small Orders
- USPS Letter Mail (Domestic + International)
- No tracking
- Perfect for single cards or lightweight orders
Larger Orders / Bundles
- USPS Tracked Parcel (Domestic + International)
- Includes full tracking and delivery confirmation
- Used automatically for higher-value, thicker, or bundled shipments
The shipping method is chosen automatically at checkout based on your cart. If you have a shipping preference, contact us before placing your order — we’re flexible when we can be.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.
- Small international orders go via USPS International Letter Mail
- Larger international orders ship with USPS First-Class or Priority International, with tracking
- Delivery times vary by region, usually between 7–21 business days
- Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Proxy and custom cards can be easily scanned, replicated, or mishandled, making resale impossible.
- Many items are limited-run or bundled in curated sets, which we can’t restock once opened.
- This policy helps us maintain quality and fairness for all buyers while keeping prices accessible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or just doesn’t look right, we’re here to help:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
- We’ll gladly send a replacement or find another way to make it right
