Thank you for shopping with JPEG Bakery! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Many of our items are produced in small batches or printed to order. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

JPEG Bakery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If issues persist, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

🧁 Custom & Limited Items

Some items are limited runs or specialty prints. These may take slightly longer to process. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page.
